Games Afternoons

Every other Saturday, next games afternoon Saturday May 6, 2-4pm. Play a board game, do a jigsaw, play table tennis or just pop in for a cuppa, cake and a chat if you’d like to find out more about us. All ages welcome.
Future dates: May 20, June 3 & 17.

Messy Church Service
Sunday May 7, 3-5:30pm
Messy Church is church for all adults and children and includes creativity, celebration and hospitality including; a creative time to explore the biblical theme through getting messy; a short celebration time involving story, song, games and prayer; a sit-down meal.

Quiz night in support of Christian Aid
Saturday May 13, 6-9pm. Join us for fun evening as teams of six compete to become champion quizzers for the night. Bring a team, a friend or come alone and we’ll find a place for you. We include a fish and chip supper (veggie option available) at half-time, cost £7 per person, proceeds will go to Christian Aid. Please email to book you place so we have numbers for catering.

Lunch in support of Christian Aid
Sunday May 14, morning service at 10:30am followed by lunch. A chance to support Christian Aid’s house to house collection by joining a team of people delivering envelopes in the local streets – or just to have lunch and support those going out. Find more information on Christian Aid at

Craft afternoon
Saturday June 24, 2-5pm. One for the ladies. Demonstrations on flower arranging, card making. and material provided to make your own. Refreshments also provided.

Tea Dance
Wednesday August 2, 2-5pm. Another opportunity for dancing and afternoon tea. Cost £3 per person including refreshments.

Beetle Drive in support of Shoebox Appeal
Saturday August 16, 6-9pm.
Teams compete at this fun event and a fish and chip supper (veggie option available) is included in a price of £7 per person. Proceeds to the Shoebox Christmas Appeal. Please email so we have numbers for catering purposes.

Quiz night in support of Shoebox Appeal
Saturday October 14, 6-9pm. Test your general knowledge at our quiz night, bring a team of six, come with a friend or alone and we’ll make up a team. A fish and chip supper (veggie option available) at half-time costs £7 per person and proceeds with go to the Shoebox Christmas Appeal. Please email to book your place so we have numbers for catering purposes.
